A picture from my Hawaiian weapon research, here is one of the largest crushing and bashing type of weapons. Again, like the others, it was made from solid wood. It felt like it weighed a good 15 lbs. The name of it translated to 'skull crusher'. Hmmm, wonder why. Ouch. I continued to be very nice to the weapon man showing me all the ancient tools. ;-) Author J. L. Zaring
